Secret WWI files made public

Files about World War One spies will be made available online for the first time by the National Archives as part of the WWI commemorations.

Among the spies featured are Dutch spy Mata Hari, who was executed for spying for the Germans.

Vladimir Lenin and Leon Trotsky were also on the watch list as were the Bolshevik Party, British Communist Party and The Boy Scout Association.
