Song, dance and storytelling all went to into the mix as Africa Union Day was celebrated in vibrant style. Guests, including Africa Minister James Duddridge, were welcomed by drumbeats, an acrobatic display from Ghanaian group Miisheloi and the London African Gospel Choir. Africa’s talent was showcased with singing duo Charlotte Zone and Anaya Nunkoo (the daughter of the Mauritius High Commissioner), Egyptian dancer Mico, Congolese singer Safro Manzangi and Sierra Leonean storyteller Usifu Jalloh.
