Over 60 consuls attended the September luncheon of the London Consular Corps to listen to FCO Director of Consular Affairs, Rob Macaire, who introduced many newly-arrived consuls to the structure of the Foreign Office’s Consular Directorate and the strategic approach it takes towards providing consular services.
