The Embassy Event Expo is tailored exclusively for staff in London’s diplomatic and defence attaché community, as well as officials at international organisations, who are involved in organising their events and visits programme – from VIP and working visits to National Day and Armed Forces Day receptions, gala dinners, cultural events, parliamentary, defence and trade delegations and investment conferences. Diplomatic spouses involved with programmes for visiting VIP spouses are also welcome.
In the Devo-Diplomacy Session, this year the spotlight will fall on Scotland and specifically Glasgow as the UNESCO City of Music celebrates its 850th anniversary this year and will host the Commonwealth Games next year. There will be briefings on VIP, Trade, Cultural and Education delegations to Scotland.
