Diplomats are given a stamp card, encouraging  them to attend all the exhibition stands, so they can be entered for the prize draw at the end of the day at the wine reception. )

Substitutions and cancellations

Substitutions welcome at any time. Written cancellations made four weeks before the conference date will be subject to a full refund. Written cancellations made two weeks before the conference date will be subject to a 50% + VAT refund per ticket. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the conference date cannot be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing. The Embassy Group reserves the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to reschedule or cancel the programme. If a delegate or exhibitor is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, they may cancel without incurring cancellation fees. Should an event be cancelled, delegates and exhibitors may attend an alternate event of equivalent duration without any additional fee. Alternatively any payments received will be fully refunded. The Embassy Group will not refund any other costs incurred as a result of cancellations.The Embassy Group and other members of the Character Publishing Group, safeguard your data and will not share your details with unauthorised third parties.
