Substitutions and cancellations

Written cancellations made two weeks before the artwork deadline date will be subject to a 50% refund. Written cancellations made one week and less before artwork deadline date cannot be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing. Embassy Events reserves the right to alter the publication date without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel the publication date and in which all monies will be refunded if an alternative date cannot be found.
