Hunger strike at embassy ends

Twelve Iranian hunger strikers outside the US Embassy, who were kept alive by drinking sugary tea, ended their 72-day protest in support of Iranian dissidents in the Ashraf refugee camp in Iraq after the release of 36 of the camp’s residents who had been detained by the Iraqi authorities.
