LEARN votes for winning logo

The London Education And Research Network (LEARN) has a brand new logo after staging an international competition in which embassies were asked to invite their students in the UK to submit designs.

The competition attracted a global response, with shortlisted submissions coming from Estonia, Spain and Iraq but it was a Londoner studying architecture at De Montfort University, Natalie Azodo, who got the winning vote from the members.

Natalie’s Nigerian-born grandfather heard about the competition through the Nigerian High Commission and encouraged her to enter. “My grandfather was convinced I would win and I did!” a delighted Natalie said when she learned of her success. She won two tickets to the UAE from Etihad Airways just in time to fly her to her new job in China.
