Protecting Intellectual Property

The question of Intellectual property (IP) protection for firms expanding their trade in the UK was examined at a recent TradeNet seminar. IP lawyer Samantha Duckett explained to trade attachés the pitfalls of the UK system while Gary Townley from the Intellectual Property Office outlined how the organisation works and Faraz Kermani, Editor of EURALex, the journal of European Healthcare Law, gave a talk on IP protection of the pharmaceutical industry.
