VIP Visits Expert Panel at the Embassy Event Expo

Embassy Events recorded its biggest ever event, where more than 200 diplomats from 100 missions attended this year’s Event Expo.

Held at the historic One Great George Street, the day of networking and workshops was aimed at assisting protocol officers in their preparations for VIP visits.

Embassy Editor Elizabeth Stewart said the high turnout was due to a very busy year ahead. The Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict will see more than 100 VIPs visit London in June, while the Commonwealth Games, World War One commemorations in August and the NATO summit in September will see a lot of heads of state and ministers travelling to the UK.
