US EMBASSY LONDON PHOTO
The location was Southwest London and tennis legend Martina Navratilova was on court, but this was not Wimbledon but Roehampton where the tennis champ gave a special tennis practice to Wandsworth school children at the National Tennis Centre.
US Ambassador Louis Susman and his wife, future residents of SW15 where the new US Embassy is being built, supported the event co-hosted by the Wandsworth Tennis Academy, Wandsworth Council and the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA). Babolat, whose balls were smashed on Centre Court at Wimbledon, donated 300 tennis kits to the Academy.
