The FCO has launched a new service on Twitter designed to answer the queries of British travellers abroad.

The new account @FCOtravel provides direct access to consular teams dedicated to travel advice. There will be people responding to Twitter inquiries between 09.00 and 18.00 from Monday to Friday. Travellers will be able to obtain instant advice on passports, visas, travel safety or any other travel concerns.
