The Embassy Consular Conference aims to help consuls help their citizens. It examines the challenges facing consular, visa, passport, welfare, immigration, legal and police liaison officers and explores ways to meet these challenges.
Now in its 10th year, attracting 150 consuls from 80+ missions, the conference is a chance to understand policy and procedure and share best practice with fellow consuls and experts.
The conference will include a Keynote Address from the Minister for Migration and Citizenship Mike Tapp MP and will conclude with the presentation of the Consul of the Year Award for 2025, recognising the exemplary work of consuls in serving their citizens.
The event is free to attend for staff at consulates and diplomatic missions but registration is essential. Kindly complete the form below by Monday 3 November at 18.00
