London Diplomatic Science Club (LDSC)
Established in the 1960s, the LDSC has become a trusted forum where science officers and British partners can exchange views, share best practices, and reflect together on the evolving research and innovation landscape.
At the LDSC, we value the long-standing tradition of dialogue, that strengthens our collective ability to understand the UK system and to bring forward a coherent voice when needed.
LDSC operates under two mechanisms : 1/. Field trips and visit of research infrastructures and innovation centres, 2/. Engagement with British representatives (members of department, parlement, head of institutions, societies, academies, …).
Currently the group is chaired by the French Embassy that remains fully committed to contributing to the community and to working with all colleagues to support constructive, evidence-based conversations that serve our common scientific interests.
