Record numbers attended this year’s Embassy Education conference at King’s College London to discuss the education and science policy of the incoming Conservative government. Keynote speakers included Universities UK CEO Nicola Dandridge, the Chair of the Lords Committee on Science and Technology, the Earl of Selborne and Dominic Scott of UKCISA. There were a number of thematic workshops and regional discussion groups and an introduction to the London Education And Research Network (LEARN) for education attachés. The day ended with a reception and the unveiling of the new LEARN logo, designed by an architecture student from De Montfort University, Natalie Azodo.
