The doors to this stunning showroom first opened to the diplomatic community three years ago and is the only Jaguar Land Rover ‘Statement Site’ in the UK and only one of two globally.
It sits on the border of Surrey and Greater London offering a convenient location inside the M25, near to well-known landmarks such as Hampton Court Palace, Twickenham Stadium and only a few miles from London Heathrow, offering easy access to central London.
The site is a destination in itself standing five floors high and spread over a substantial 17,000sqm footprint with more than 400 parking spaces.

Inside the showroom, the customer experience is unlike any other in the UK, housing the complete Jaguar and Land Rover collection, products and services, as well as family lounges, quiet zones and cafes with WiFi catering to all the needs of our diplomatic clients. Diplomats are invited to stroll through the unique airy showroom, which accommodates more than 130 new and approved vehicles, including their latest range of electric and hybrid vehicles, plus an iconic display of Classic Jaguars and Land Rovers.
The SV Bespoke commissioning suite where diplomats can customise their own SV model
Those in search of something truly unique should visit the Special Vehicle Operations centre with its bespoke SV lounge. Here they canpurchase one of the carefully curated SV Jaguar Land Rover collection.Special Vehicle Operations create halo models, limited run collector’s editions and in the SV Bespoke commissioning suites diplomats can customise their SV model, to create a one-of-a-kind vehicle that is certain to turn heads on the diplomatic circuit.
The centrepiece to the design-led facility is a towering ‘living wall’ that stands at 60sqm and spans two floors, giving customers a glimpse of both Sytner and Jaguar Land Rover’s commitment to its ‘Destination Zero’ strategy for a cleaner, safer and sustainable future. The building has been designed and built to create an ultra-efficient environment where excellent insulation, wastewater recycling and extensive EV charging points are key features.

Workshop facilities
Sytner Jaguar Land Rover South West London is home to world-class workshop facilities. Located on the second floor is a fully operational Bodyshop, 27 technical ramps, two dedicated MOT test lanes and a cosmetic repair area. Diplomatic clients benefit from a fully covered, three-lane drive-in reception area with a valet-style service for quick and convenient delivery or collection of their vehicle for service. Alternatively while-you-wait clients can relax in the stylish customer café and lounge, catch up on work in dedicated quiet zones and enjoy a snack or hot drink, courtesy of their hosts.
