RBI wins first in global assistance awards

Repatriation specialists Rowland Brothers International (RBI) scooped up the first-ever Ancillary Assistance Service Provider of the Year award at the ITIJ Industry Awards 2016, in Berlin earlier this month.

The ITIJ awards recognise excellence in the diverse companies providing services worldwide to insurers and their clients. The new Ancillary Assistance Service Provider of the Year award acknowledged the high-quality global repatriation service RBI provides.

“Part of the reason why RBI is able to provide the level of service we do is thanks to our close cooperation with consulates in London and around the world and we would like to share this award with them,” said Sue Ackerman, RBI’s consular liaison manager.

The seventh-generation family-owned funeral directors has been helping bereaved families globally since 1971.
